Ted Hannon

Before founding Hannon Electric in 2007, Ted worked in the electrical industry for over 30 years. He maintains Osha-60 certification and holds his Master Electrician Liscense in 9 states.
Matt George
Estimator / Project Manager

Since Matt joined Hannon Electric five years ago, he has been estimating construction projects and has helped to develop the Energy Solutions Division by managing all of the small commercial and industrial energy projects. Matt has formed relationships with customers and vendors and is an integral part of the HEI office team. He also holds his Massachusetts Journeyman license.
Ed Hannon
Estimator / Project Manager

Having graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA, Ed is estimating construction projects including ground-up renovations. He also works with the Energy Solutions team, managing these projects from buy-out through completion.
Ben Boulerice
Sales Manger

Ben is a member of the sales team where he seeks out and follows up with leads for potential jobs in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Also a part of the Energy Solutions team, he is dedicated to ensuring our customers cost-efficient and energy-efficient lighting upgrades. Ben graduated from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Rhonda Crosasso
Office Manager

Rhonda is responsible for the overall office management at Hannon Electric, as well as human resources, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll. She has worked in administrative and management positions within the construction industry for over 15 years.
Laurie Hannon
Director of Marketing / Sustainability Coordinator

Laurie manages the overall creative concept and execution of the Hannon Electric brand, marketing materials, website and social media presence with an overall goal to ensure all platforms remain current and accurate. She maintains policies and procedures for social media including HEI's Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter pages; writes employee and customer newsletters and works with the management team to coordinate special events. As Sustainability Coordinator, Laurie ensures implementation of recycling programs and energy and resource-saving habits that have become essential elements in the HEI culture. Laurie has over 30 years of office experience in the areas of construction, education, direct sales and footwear manufacturing.
